A broadband dual circularly polarized radio frequency identification (RFID) antenna. The antenna comprises: a first medium layer and a second medium layer. A floor copper cladding layer is disposed between the first medium layer and the second medium layer; a plurality of coupling slots are disposed on the floor copper cladding layer, and the coupling slots comprise a first coupling edge strip and a second coupling edge strip, wherein the tail end of the first coupling edge strip is connected to the tail end of the second coupling edge strip, and the first coupling edge strip is perpendicular to the second coupling edge strip; and a Wilkinson power divider is disposed at another side of the second medium layer to feed the copper cladding layer. In this way, a combination of circular polarization and a broad frequency band can be realized, and the axial ratio control can also be realized.
