Abstract:
The present invention enables public addresses to be made within a train at an appropriate sound volume. A data storage unit 7 associatively stores noise information indicating a noise volume measured in the past while a train is traveling and vehicle information that includes positional information indicating the measured position thereof. A vehicle management unit 1 acquires the current position of the train, and transmits vehicle information that includes the positional information. A sound volume calculation unit 8 identifies the current position acquired by the vehicle management unit 1 on the basis of the vehicle information distributed via a noise sensor 4, and calculates the sound volume of a public address to be made in the train on the basis of the noise information stored in the data storage unit 7 in association with vehicle information that includes positional information within a segment following the current position.
