A page turning roller (308) has hollow parts (603, 604) therein and has thin parts (609, 610) at which contact surface ends (P1, P2) of a contact surface (620) contacting a turning page of a brochure are thinner than other parts of the contact surface (620), the contact surface ends (P1, P2) in a rotation direction (W1) of the page turning roller (308) firstly contacting the turning page.
