Abstract:
Disclosed is a bronzing roller comprising a cylindrical drum (1), a drive mechanism (2) for driving the drum to rotate, and a plurality of bronzing plates (11) embedded in an outer surface of the drum. The drum is made of a magnetic conductive metal, an oxide thereof or an alloy thereof. Disposed outside or inside the drum is an electromagnetic induction heater (3), between which and the drum is a gap (12). When the heater is electrified, the bronzing roller is heated due to electromagnetic induction. The bronzing roller, as compared with a conventional bronzing roller with oil heating means, has advantages of a simple construction, uniform and rapid heating-up, a good effect, a low cost, and a convenient use.
