Abstract:
A brown coal heat improving and dehydration system comprises a coal inlet storage hopper (1), a powder-ash recycling separating moisture removal system, a roller-type dehydration centrifugal heating coal storage tank (2) and a fuel coal heating system. The coal inlet storage hopper (1) is connected with the roller-type dehydration centrifugal heating coal storage tank (2) by a coal supply feeding conveyor (3). One end of the roller-type dehydration centrifugal heating coal storage tank (2) is connected with the coal supply feeding conveyor (3), the other end is connected with a transmission device for outputting finished products. Inner and outer circulating heat supply pipelines (5) are arranged on the roller-type dehydration centrifugal heating coal storage tank (2), and the roller-type dehydration centrifugal heating coal storage tank (2) is connected with the fuel coal heating system by the inner and outer circulating heat supply pipelines (5).
