Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Brown gas generating device. A Brown gas generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: first and second positive-electrode plates having first and second positive-electrode containing portions formed therein, respectively, the first and second positive-electrode containing portions having paths formed therein such that water flows along same, respectively, a positive electrode being electrically connected to the first and second positive-electrode plates; a negative-electrode plate arranged between the first and second positive-electrode plates, a negative-electrode containing portion being formed in the negative-electrode plate, a negative electrode being electrically connected to the negative-electrode plate; a first insulating plate arranged between the first positive-electrode plate and the negative-electrode plate so as to insulate the first positive-electrode plate and the negative-electrode plate from each other; and a second insulating plate arranged between the second positive-electrode plate and the negative-electrode plate so as to insulate the second positive-electrode plate and the negative-electrode plate from each other. The first and second positive-electrode plates may have first and second inflow ports formed therein so as to supply water to the first and second positive-electrode containing portions, respectively, and may have first and second discharge ports formed therein so as to discharge water containing oxygen gas from the first and second positive-electrode containing portions, respectively. The negative-electrode plate may have the negative-electrode containing portion formed on each of both plate-shaped surfaces, and may have a third discharge port formed therein so as to discharge water comprising hydrogen gas from the negative-electrode containing portion.
