Abstract:
The invention relates to a brush device for a rotating electrical machine, particularly a motor vehicle starter, said device comprising at least two brushes (13) arranged to rub against a manifold of the rotating electrical machine during the operation of the latter, said brushes being placed in contact with each other in a substantially aligned manner on a straight line parallel to a rotational axis of the manifold.
