Abstract:
A brush head assembly (1) and an electric toothbrush. The brush head assembly (1) comprises: a brush head body (11), a connecting component (13), and a locking core (12). The brush head assembly (1) is provided with a component assembly cavity (112) at the tail end of the brush head body (11). In the component assembly cavity (112), the connecting component (13) is mounted, and the deformable locking core (12) comprising a support point force receiving portion (124) and force applying portions (121) which apply an elastic force at both ends is embedded. The locking core (12) makes most of the stroke during the insertion of a drive shaft (21) smooth and convenient, and pressure is generated only when the two force applying portions (121) are finally in contact with the drive shaft (21) so as to lock the drive shaft (21). The resulting locking can be maintained for a long time, thereby ensuring torque transmission and axial maintenance capabilities of the drive shaft.
