A brush head device of an electric tooth-brush comprises a shaft (1) and a brush head (2). A brush head collar (3) is provided between the shaft (1) and the brush head (2). The brush head collar (3) is provided with an internal cavity (30) which has a shape corresponding to the shape of the upper end of the shaft (1). The upper end of the wall forming the internal cavity (30) is provided with an eccentric position (31) of the internal cavity. The upper end of the shaft (1) is provided with an eccentric position (11) of the shaft corresponding to the eccentric position (31) of the internal cavity. The eccentric position (31) of the internal cavity is closely coupled with the eccentric position (11) of the shaft. The lower end of the wall forming the internal cavity (30) is provided with a first fastener flange (32) projected inwardly. A first fastener groove (12) is provided on the peripheral surface of the shaft (1). The first fastener groove (12) is corresponding to the first fastener flange (32) and recessed inwardly. The first fastener groove (12) is closely fastened with the first fastener flange (32).
