Abstract:
The present application relates to a brush head fixture for toothbrush head production and a manufacturing method for a toothbrush head. The brush head fixture comprises a fixture body, a bristle accommodating portion, a material sealing surface and one or more positioning holes; one side of the fixture body is provided with the bristle accommodating portion, and the bristle accommodating portion is used for accommodating the free ends of implanted bristles during manufacturing of the toothbrush head; the material sealing surface is located on the side of the fixture body facing away from the bristle accommodating portion, and the material sealing surface is used for restricting material of a coating layer from entering into the bristle accommodating portion when the coating layer is being formed; the positioning hole passes through a wall portion of the fixture body between the material sealing surface and the bristle accommodating portion, the positioning hole is used for providing a portion of a wall of a cavity when a holding portion is formed, as well as positioning the formed holding portion. The brush head fixture simultaneously comprises portions corresponding to the brush head body, the bristles and the coating layer, a brush head fixture can be take part in the whole toothbrush head production process, the toothbrush head production process is simplified, and it is ensured that the dimensions between various assemblies in the manufactured toothbrush head accurately match.
