Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a brush polishing device for polishing a workpiece processing-surface by means of the rotating and revolving planetary motion of a polishing brush, wherein the brush polishing device enables easy setting of polishing conditions in accordance with the characteristics of a workpiece and the purpose of processing. A brush unit is provided in which a polishing brush rotates and revolves. The brush unit is provided with a rotation driving mechanism for rotating the polishing brush, and a revolution driving mechanism for revolving the polishing brush. Adjusting the rotation speed using the rotation driving mechanism improves polishing capacity, and adjusting the revolution speed using the revolution driving mechanism enables the entire workpiece to be polished evenly.
