Abstract:
A brush comprises a plurality of twisted core materials (1, 1) and brush members (4) formed by a plurality of strip-shaped cloth pieces (3) and held between plies of the twisted core materials. Fabric braided in a loop-like manner by means of superextra fine fibers or braided in a moquette-like manner with ends of fibers raised, or nonwoven fabric, of which material is superextra fine fibers, is used as the strip-shaped cloth pieces whereby the brush is widely usable as a cleaning utensil and a painting utensil to be applicable to surfaces of a soft article, which is liable to be scratched, as well as a hard article, and is excellent in cleaning and painting.
