Abstract:
Disclosed is a brushless alternating current oscillating micro-motor, comprising a rotor, wherein the rotor comprises a shaft (1), and a first iron core lamination (41) and a second iron core lamination (42) running through the shaft (1); and a stator, wherein the stator comprises a coil (5) running through the shaft (1) and located between the first iron core lamination (41) and the second iron core lamination (42), and a first strip-shaped magnet (61), a second strip-shaped magnet (62), a third strip-shaped magnet (63) and a fourth strip-shaped magnet (64) which surround the shaft (1), the coil (5), the first iron core lamination (41) and the second iron core lamination (42). The strip-shaped magnets are the same type of magnet, the magnets are only magnetized at the two ends thereof and the middle parts thereof are not magnetized; the magnetization direction is the radial direction, and the magnetism of upper ends and the magnetism of lower ends are the opposite of each other; and the magnets are arranged according to a rule whereby adjacent magnets have opposite polarities. A bottom cover (9) is punched to lead a wire therefrom, and a counterweight is additionally provided to reduce amplitude attenuation. With the technical solution, an assembling process is improved and manufacturing costs are reduced; by using the brushless motor, a service life is prolonged; and amplitude is controlled according to a driving frequency, and a counterweight device is additionally provided to reduce amplitude attenuation in a damping condition.
