Abstract:
A brushless DC motor includes: a stator having a stator core, a drive coil wound on
the stator core, a circuit substrate on which a plurality of electronic parts are
mounted, and a mold resin unit which molds them as a unitary block; and a rotor arranged
to oppose to the stator with a predetermined gap. The mold resin unit has a window
where a part of a circuit substrate is exposed. On the circuit substrate exposed
in the window, some of the electronic parts including at least one of an electrolyte
capacitor, a variable resistor, and a fuse are mounted.
