Title:
BRUSHLESS ELECTRIC MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2007012370
Kind Code:
A8
Abstract:
An electric motor has a stator (224) with a bearing tube (238) of a magnetically transparent material, also a rotor (222) with a rotor shaft (234), which is at least partially mounted in the bearing tube (238), and a magnet ring (250), which is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on the rotor shaft (234) within the bearing tube (238). To generate rotor position signals in accordance with the rotational position of the magnet ring (250), two magnetic field-dependent analog sensors (248', 248'') are arranged with an angular spacing (PHI) on a printed circuit board (246) outside the bearing tube (238). For processing these rotor position signals to form a signal which indicates the absolute rotational position of the rotor (222), a corresponding device (150) is provided, serving for controlling the motor.
