Abstract:
A brushless electric motor (1000), comprising a rotating shaft (20), a rotor assembly (30) assembled on the rotating shaft (20), a driving assembly (40) arranged coaxially with the rotor assembly (30), and a housing (10) for carrying the rotating shaft (20), the driving assembly (40) and the rotor assembly (30), wherein one of the drive assembly (40) and the rotor assembly (30) has a coil winding (400), and the other thereof has a magnet portion (300) matching the coil winding (400). The brushless motor (1000) further comprises a circuit board (50) fixed to the housing (10) and electrically connected to the coil winding (400). The housing (10) is provided with an accommodating space (100) for accommodating the rotating shaft (20) and the rotor assembly (30). The rotating shaft (20) is fixed to the housing (10), and the rotor assembly (30) is rotatably connected to the housing (10) via the rotating shaft (20). The driving assembly (40) is fixed to the housing (10). The orthographic projection of the coil winding (400) in the axial direction of the rotating shaft (20) toward the housing (10) and the orthographic projection of the circuit board (50) in the axial direction of the rotating shaft (20) toward the housing (10) do not overlap with each other. According to the brushless electric motor, space in the thickness direction of the brushless electric motor can be saved, the thickness of the brushless electric motor is reduced, and the difficulty of a welding connection process for the coil winding and the circuit board is reduced.
