Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a brushless motor and a handheld electric tool using same. The brushless motor comprises: a stator having a front side and a rear side; and a rotor having a front side and a rear side and mounted in the stator. The stator comprises: a front insulating frame located at the front side of the stator; and a rear insulting frame located at the rear side of the stator. The rotor comprises: a rotary shaft configured to rotate about a first axis; a front bearing mounted at the front end of the rotary shaft; a rear bearing mounted at the rear end of the rotary shaft; a front end cover located at the front side of the rotor, the front end cover being mounted on the front bearing; and a rear end cover located at the rear side of the rotor, the rear end cover being mounted on the rear bearing and abutting against the rear insulting frame. The front side of the front insulting frame is provided with a plurality of first snap portions. The front end cover is provided with a plurality of second snap portions along a circumferential direction. The first snap portions are snap-fitted with the second snap portions.
