Abstract:
A brushless motor comprising a rotor which consists of a magnetic member or a permanent magnet, a stator having a stator core and a plurality of coils, a non-contact sensor for detecting the position of the rotor, speed detector means, electronic switching means which receives a step-up input from the external unit and which switches the phase-advancing position signal, phase-advancing means for advancing the phase of position signal depending upon the instruction quantity, and a drive circuit for energizing the coils. The small brushless motor has a positioning function, and rotates at a high speed in synchronism with the step-up pulses sent from the external unit.
