Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/002873
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a brushless motor in which a rotor comprises a plurality of segmented permanent magnets (7) that are each formed on the outer circumference of a rotating shaft so as to have a fan shape in an axial cross section, that are magnetized from the inner radial surface toward the outer radial surface thereof, and that are arranged at even intervals so the magnetic poles of the outer radial surfaces are disposed in an alternating manner with respect to the polarities thereof along the circumferential direction. The outer radial surface (71) of each of the permanent magnets (7) comprises a center of curvature (TR2) on a line segment (TL) connecting a center point (TP) in the circumferential width on the outer radial surface (71) with the axial center (L1) of the rotating shaft, and said outer radial surface (71) is formed as a cylindrical surface having a radius of curvature (R2) smaller than the distance of the segment (TL) connecting the center point (TP) in the circumferential width on the outer radial surface (71) with the axial center (L1) of the rotating shaft. Each of the permanent magnets (7) is magnetized in parallel orientation so that the orientation of magnetized magnetic flux is parallel to the segment (TL) connecting the center point (TP) in the circumferential width on the outer radial surface (71) with the axial center (L1) of the rotating shaft.
