The present invention relates to a BT offline data download system and method, and a computer storage medium. The system comprises: an offline download task management server, configured to receive at least one download task, the download task being a download task of at least one part of files that are selected by a user from offline download seed tasks and obtained from a download client; an offline download scheduling server, configured to perform arrangement and combination processing on the at least one download task; an offline download server, configured to download data according to the download task of the at least one part of the files after the arrangement and combination processing, and store the downloaded data in a storage server; and the download client, configured to download, from the storage server, the downloaded data of the at least one part of the files corresponding to the download task that is selected by the user and corresponds to the download client. The BT offline data download system and method and the computer storage medium improve the efficiency of offline download and save the bandwidth, thereby further improving the efficiency of download.
