Disclosed is a bathtub device (1) for bubble bath physiotherapy, the bathtub device comprising a bathtub body (2) and a bathtub body support (3), wherein the bathtub body (2) has a surrounding side wall (21), a bottom wall (22) and an upper open side (23), and the bathtub body (2) is mounted on the bathtub body support (3). The bathtub device (1) further comprises an exhaust system (4), wherein the exhaust system (4) is mounted in a space between the bathtub body (2) and the bathtub body support (3). A fan (41) is used for conveying gas, and has an air intake side interface device (411) and an air discharge side interface device (412); an air suction pipe (5) has an air suction inlet end (51, 52) and an air suction outlet end (53), wherein the air suction inlet end (51, 52) is configured to be in communication with the upper open side (23) of the bathtub body (2), and the air suction outlet end (53) is connected to the air intake side interface device (411) of the fan (41); and an exhaust pipe (42) has an exhaust inlet end (421) and an exhaust outlet end (422), and the exhaust inlet end (421) is connected to the air discharge side interface device (412) of the fan (41). Further provided is a bubble bath physiotherapy system (10) comprising the bathtub device (1). By using the bathtub device (1), a safer bubble bath can be achieved.
