Abstract:
A bubble generation device (1) comprises a porous plate (2), a support member (3) that supports an edge (2c) of the porous plate (2) from below, a piezoelectric element (4) that is fixed to the support member (3) below the porous plate (2), an electric pump (5) that can pump a gas, a control unit (6) that controls the operation of the piezoelectric element (4) and the electric pump (5), and a case (7) that houses the porous plate (2), the support member (3), the piezoelectric element (4), the electric pump (5), and the control unit (6). The case (7) includes a recess (70), a first chamber (71), a second chamber (72), a third chamber (73), and a gas passage (F). The recess (70) opens upward and can receive an open part (91) of a bolt (9). The gas passage (F) runs from the outside of the case (7) to the second chamber (72) and from the second chamber (72) to the first chamber (71) via the electric pump (5).
