Abstract:
A supply bubble generator comprises piping through which liquid circulates, an ejector installed in the midway of the piping, a circulation pump installed in the upstream of the ejector, and a controller which controls the number of revolutions of the circulation pump. The controller increases the flow rate of water passing through the ejector to a predetermined target value by rotating the circulation pump at high speed for a period (T1), and decreases the quantity of water passing through the ejector from the predetermined target value by stopping the circulation pump for the next period (T2). When the quantity of water begins to decrease in the period (T2), the amount of suction gas begins to increase thus generating a large pressure difference. The amount of suction gas is increased by the pressure difference, and bubbles having a diameter larger than the diameter of minute bubbles are generated. Scale which is difficult to be removed by minute bubbles can be removed by the large diameter bubbles.
