Abstract:
Disclosed is a bubble making mechanism (100, 200), comprising a bubble eruption mechanism (4); an accelerated cyclone premixing mechanism (1), the premixing mechanism (1) comprising a premixing chamber (11) and being used for carrying out accelerated mixing and turbulent shearing on an influent gas-liquid mixed fluid, and the premixing chamber (11) being a spiral volute cavity; a steering cyclone mixing mechanism (2) comprising a single-outlet steering chamber (21) in communication with the premixing chamber (11), and used for carrying out centripetal, radial-flow to axial-flow phase-variable cyclone mixing and turbulent shearing on the fluid from the premixing chamber (11); and a diffusing cyclone mixing mechanism (3) comprising a diffusion chamber (31) in communication with the steering chamber (21) and used for carrying out axial-flow rotary diffusion impact mixing and turbulent shearing on the fluid from the steering chamber (21), wherein the bubble eruption mechanism (4) is in communication with the diffusion chamber (31). Further disclosed are a bubble making module (10) using the bubble making mechanism (100, 200), and a bubble making system.
