Title:
BUBBLE RATE SENSOR, AND FLOW METER AND ULTRA-LOW-TEMPERATURE LIQUID TRANSFER TUBE USING SAID BUBBLE RATE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/124376
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a bubble rate sensor for measuring the bubble rate in an ultra-low-temperature liquid, said sensor comprising piping having a pipeline through which the ultra-low-temperature liquid flows, and electrodes that are provided to the outer peripheral surface of the piping and that measures the electrostatic capacitance of the ultra-low-temperature liquid flowing through the piping. The piping comprises an even number of divisible ceramic members, and of the even number of divisible ceramic members, at least two ceramic members that face each other are provided with the electrodes.
