Abstract:

[Problem] To more effectively obtain the effects of a sauna such as sweat promotion, blood flow promotion, skin moisture retention, refreshment, and relaxation and to achieve higher synergistic effects by using hydrogen water. [Solution] A bubble sauna device 50 in which a sauna bath is created within a bath chamber 60, the bubble sauna device comprising: a hydrogen gas generation device 1 that supplies hydrogen gas; a solution tank 45 that stores, as a bubble solution, a solution to which a surfactant has been added; and a bubble generation nozzle 53 that ejects hydrogen bubbles 61 containing hydrogen gas from the solution tank 45 into the bath chamber 60.
