Abstract:
Disclosed is an improved bucket jaw crusher to be used for processing slag and other waste materials. The bucket jaw crusher is provided with a bucket (1) that is installed on the arm of a construction machine, a fixed jaw (5) that is fixed inside said bucket, and a movable jaw (6) that opposes said fixed jaw, the upper part of which is supported by an eccentric shaft and the lower part of which is supported by a toggle mechanism, and crushes materials to be crushed by means of a reciprocating rocking of the movable jaw. A piston-type hydraulic motor (9) capable of forward and reverse rotation is provided in the bucket. A small diameter drive pulley (P1) is provided on the output shaft of said hydraulic motor and an idler pulley (P2) that serves as a large diameter flywheel is provided on said eccentric shaft. An endless belt (B) made of a flat belt is stretched over the two pulleys.
