Abstract:
A bucket wheel type emergency dredging device, comprising a transporting device and a dredging bucket (1), wherein the transporting device is used for transporting sludge and reducing the water content of the sludge in a transporting process, and comprises a conveying device and a sludge transporting bucket (3); the dredging bucket (1) is hinged to a driven wheel (21) at the bottom of the conveying device, and a discharge port allowing the sludge transporting bucket (3) to pass is formed in the bottom surface of the dredging bucket (1); the sludge transporting bucket (3) comprises a connecting sidewall (31), the connecting sidewall (31) is connected to a conveying belt (2) of the conveying device; two parallel water drainage sidewalls (32) are arranged on the connecting sidewall (31); water drainage cavities (321) are formed in the water drainage sidewalls (32), and water drainage holes (322) communicated with the water drainage cavities (321) are formed in the tops and the bottoms of the water drainage sidewalls (32); the bottom surface of the sludge transporting bucket (3) is an arc-shaped surface having a downward opening, and drainage holes (34) are formed in the arc-shaped surface. According to the bucket wheel type emergency dredging device, continuous work of dredging, transporting and dewatering of the sludge can be simultaneously achieved, the number of facilities participating in cleaning work is reduced, and the sludge cleaning efficiency is improved.
