The invention relates to a buckle device for length adjustment, comprising: a band portion with a plurality of saw-teeth; a base portion which guides the band portion such that the band portion is slidable during the entry or exit of the band portion; and an operating portion including a lock portion and a lever portion rotatably mounted to the base portion.
