This buckle device comprises: buckles that are adjacently positioned in a housing hole of a rear seat; a support bracket that is fixed to a floor panel and supports a buckle; a linking belt that links a buckle to the support bracket; and a retaining member that covers each buckle and retains the position of said buckle.
