Abstract:
A buckle type polymer lithium ion battery and a manufacturing method, comprising a winding electrode (10), at least two casings (40) and a metal conductor (20), wherein the metal conductor (20) is connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the winding electrode (10) to form a positive lead and a negative lead; then the winding electrode (10) is placed into one casing (40), so that the metal conductor (20) may just extend out of the casing (40), and then the other casings (40) are covered; all of the casings (40) are sealed by means of thermal sealing. Compared to existing technology, the quantity of electricity which may be stored in the winding electrode is larger. Furthermore, the buckle type polymer lithium ion battery is more convenient to manufacture, and a working procedure of welding the electrode to the inner side of the casing is eliminated.
