Abstract:
An engaging portion (24) is projectingly formed at a distal end portion of a pair of leg portions (20) of a male member (A) to be able to engage and disengage with a groove-shaped catch (46) of a female member (B), when inserted at a predetermined position in the female member (B). A guide portion (30) for guiding insertion and engagement of the male member (A) is projectingly formed between the leg portions (20) of the male member (A). Clasp-shaped movement restricting portions (25) that project in the directions in which the pair of leg portions (20) oppose each other are disposed at inside surfaces of the leg potions (20). Deformation restricting portions (32) which project in flange shapes toward the leg portions (20)are disposed on the guide portion (30) and are touched by the movement restricting portions (25) when the leg portions (20) are deformed toward the outside. The male member (A) and the female member (B) can be engaged and disengaged merely by elastically deforming only the leg portions (20), and by a minimum of operating force. Even when the leg portions (20) are deformed to the outside, the movement restricting portions (25) touch the deformation restricting portions (32), and can prevent damage to the leg portions (20).
