Abstract:
Provided is a buckle (10) wherein a plug (12) is operated easily and the plug (12) and a socket (14) are reliably engaged with each other. The buckle (10) is provided with the plug (12) and the socket (14), which have mounting sections (24, 42) capable of being connected to each other and respectively mounted to predetermined members. The plug (12) is provided with a pair of legs (20) protruding from the mounting section (24), and the pair of legs (20) respectively have engagement sections (22). The legs (20) are each provided with an outer leg section (25) and an inner leg section (27), which extend facing each other. At the front end (20a) of each of the legs (20), the outer leg section (25) and the inner leg section (27) are connected by a front end connection section (23), and at the base end (20b) of each of the legs (20), the outer leg section (25) and the inner leg section (27) are connected by an arm (28). The arm front ends (28a) of the arms (28), which face each other, are formed between the legs (20) while a slit (32) having a predetermined gap is provided between the arm front ends (28a), and the facing arm front ends (28a) are connected to guides (30) extending in the direction in which the legs (20) protrude.
