Abstract:
A buffer circuit for buffering a photosensitive signal, and an image sensor comprising same. The buffer circuit comprises: an amplifying circuit, a first switch element, and a resistive element. A control end of the amplifying circuit is coupled to an output end of a pixel circuit, a first end of the amplifying circuit is used for outputting a buffered photosensitive signal, and a second end of the amplifying circuit is coupled to a first reference voltage. The first switch element has a first end coupled to the control end of the amplifying circuit, and a second end coupled to the first end of the amplifying circuit. The resistive element has a first end coupled to the control end of the amplifying circuit, and a second end coupled to the first end of the amplifying circuit. The first switch element is turned on in a first phase and turned off in a second phase, and the amplifying circuit generates the buffered photosensitive signal in the second phase.
