Abstract:
A buffer device for a disk brake is provided. It comprises a cylinder (1) provided with at least a piston assembly (2), which includes a piston (21) and a push cover (23). The piston has an inner end (212) and an outer end (211), and an accommodating room (213) for receiving the push cover is provided in the inside end. An inner wall (217) is formed and extended from the bottom of the accommodating room toward the inside end. The outside diameter of the push cover is slightly less than the inside diameter of the accommodating room. The push cover has a first end (231) and a second end (232). The second end of the push cover is provided opposite to the inner end of the piston and is located within the accommodating room. A resilient assembly (22) is provided between the push cover and the piston. An outside wall (233) is formed and extended between the first end and the second end of the push cover. As being driven, the push cover can be dampened through the resilient assembly provided between the piston and the push cover. The application has the function of heat insulation, fine adjusting, and can achieve a two-stage buffer brake.
