Abstract:

Disclosed is a buffer structure for a lock body latch bolt, the buffer structure comprising: an outer lock body lining plate (1), a latch bolt assembly (5), a damper (7), a connecting rod (6), a latch bolt picking mechanism (4), a dead bolt mechanism (3), a box cover (8) and a lock body box bottom assembly (2), wherein the latch bolt assembly (5) comprises a latch bolt (53), a friction bolt (51), a pull rod (56), a spring (54), a limiting and silencing ring (55) and a sliding block (57); and the lock body box bottom assembly (2) comprises an inner lock body lining plate (21), a dead bolt silencing block (22), a latch bolt silencing block (29), a box bottom (20), a positioning plate (27), a torsional spring (25), a fastening nail (24) and the damper (7). The noise generated by friction is reduced by means of using a silencing plastic material, such as one or more of nylon, TPE elastic plastic and ABS, to produce components to substitute metal pieces, or using the silencing plastic material to separate the metal pieces. Meanwhile, the sound generated by the inter-collision of various parts when the lock body is in use is reduced by means of a buffer function of the damper.
