Abstract:
A buffer system for hydraulic support impact ground pressure resistance, and an application thereof, said buffer system comprising a vertical column, the vertical column comprising a movable column (1), a central cylinder (2), a bottom cylinder (3) and an impact resistance buffer (4) which are connected sequentially, the impact resistance buffer (4) being provided with a pressure sensor (5) and a controller (6) which are connected to one another, the controller (6) also being electrically connected to a magnetorheological coil (4010) within the impact resistance buffer (4). The pressure sensor (5) collects pressure information, and the current of the magnetorheological coil (4010) is adjusted and turned on and off in real time by the controller (6), so that the impact resistance buffer (4) helps to buffer impact ground pressure received by the vertical column.
