Abstract:
The present invention relates to a buffy coat extraction kit, and more particularly, to a buffy coat extraction kit which improves the accuracy of buffy coat extraction and maximizes the amount of buffy coat extracted. The present invention is configured to include: a buffy coat extraction cylinder which is configured so as to have a body, one end portion of which an opening in which a stepped insertion groove is formed is coupled, and the other end portion of which has a piston hole, the circumference of which is the same as that of an inwardly bent catch; an extension unit which extends outwardly from the catch and which has a multilayer bent inner circumferential surface; a piston which is arranged so as to be received by the catch of the body and which has a concave groove formed on the bottom surface thereof, and a sealing member which is coupled to the other side of the concave groove of an elevation member so as to seal the inner circumferential surface of the body; a piston rod which is coupled to the concave groove of the elevation member; and an auxiliary elevation device which pushes and elevates the piston. The auxiliary elevation device has: a case; a gear assembly having a bevel gear which is disposed in the case and a screw which is coupled to the bevel gear and which is disposed vertically with respect to the case; a rotating means for rotating the bevel gear, which is disposed on the outer side of the case; a connection plate which is coupled to the screw so as to be elevated by the forward and reverse rotations of the screw; and an elevation shaft which is fixed to the connection plate so as to be elevated out of the case and lowered back into the case, and which is coupled to the concave groove of the elevation member.
