Abstract:
[Problem] To provide effective technology for tsunami countermeasures capable of being used on a daily basis and not only in times of emergency. [Solution] A pair of wave-diverting members (20, 20) presenting a pointed shape is provided integrally extending from a front face (11) and a back face (12) of a multilevel building (10), and multipurpose rooms (23) are formed in the wave-diverting members (20).
