Abstract:
A building (1), in particular for habitation, having a plurality of storeys, the building (1) comprising an intermediate frame, extending vertically and having a load-bearing structure, inside which at least one circulation corridor is provided; an outer frame, extending vertically and having a load-bearing structure, in which a plurality of openings are formed opening onto the outside; a plurality of floors so as to define the storeys of said building (1); a plurality of housings arranged between the intermediate frame and the outer frame; at least one plurality of housings being delimited by at least one delimiting wall (5), which is not load-bearing, extending between the intermediate frame and the outer frame, each housing comprising at least one elementary space (A1), each elementary space (A1) comprising a lower structural floor (91) and an upper decorative floor (92) so as to form a double floor (9).
