Disclosed is a building member 3D print head with a vibrating rod inside, which print head comprises a rack (2), a receiving bucket (1), the vibrating rod and a lifter, wherein the vibrating rod comprises a cylindrical vibrating body (3) and a cable (4) connected to the cylindrical vibrating body; the lifter comprises a group of guide rollers (5), a cable clamp (6), a wire rope (7) and an electric drum (8); the cylindrical vibrating body (3) is located inside the receiving bucket (1), the cable (4) connected to the cylindrical vibrating body (3) extends out of the receiving bucket (1) via an inter-roller space between the group of guide rollers (5) arranged over the receiving bucket (1), one end of the cable clamp (6) clamps the cable (4) that extends therefrom, the other end clamps the wire rope (7), the wire rope (7) is wound on the electric drum (8), and the electric drum (8) and the receiving bucket (1) are fixed on the rack (2). The building member 3D print head has the advantage that, without changing the technical parameters of concrete batching, the fluidity of concrete is increased by means of the vibration of the vibrating rod and a plate vibrator (9); consequently, the efficiency of the 3D print head is ensured, the printing time is shortened, and the requirements for printing building members are fully met.
