Abstract:
The present invention relates to a modular building joint structure enabling coupling without damaging interior/exterior material, a modular building formed using same and a method for manufacturing the modular building. The joint structure comprises: a connection plate disposed on top of a horizontally adjacent column and beam of a unit module; and a shear key insertedly fixed in the connection plate so as to support columns adjacent to the unit module on the top and bottom of the unit module, wherein the connection plate has formed therein a wire insertion port where a wire is inserted, and a shear key insertion port enabling the shear key to be insertedly coupled, and the shear key is shaped as a rod having a screw thread formed on the bottom end part thereof, and has a sharp top end part. The modular building of the present invention is a modular building formed by, using connection plates, assembling, in the up, down, left and right directions, unit modules having columns, floor beams and ceiling beams, wherein a shear force horizontally acting on the unit modules is damped by a prestress force for prestressing by means of shear keys installed in the connection plates and wires passing through the connection plates and columns. The method for manufacturing the modular building is a method for manufacturing the modular building by assembling a plurality of unit modules, the method comprising the steps of: manufacturing unit modules; installing a floor part on which the unit modules are seated; positioning connection plates on top of the floor part; connecting shear keys to the floor part through the connection plates; installing a first-floor unit module by coupling the columns of the first-floor unit module to the shear keys; installing the connection plates on the top surfaces of the columns of the first-floor unit module, and then coupling shear keys thereto; mounting a second-floor unit module onto the shear keys of the first-floor unit module; installing topmost connection plates on the top surfaces of the columns of the second-floor unit module; and installing and fixing wires which pass through from the topmost connection plates to the columns and up to the floor part.
