Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a building having air conditioning equipment using geothermal heat that can suitably switch between supplying the building body with air that has undergone heat exchange with the ground or supplying the building body with outside air.
[Solution] A building (1) is provided with air conditioning equipment using geothermal heat. The building includes a building body (2), a geothermal heat recovery device (3), and an air supply device (4). The geothermal heat recovery device (3) includes piping (10) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (12). A part of the piping (10) includes a heat exchanger (16) buried in the ground. The air supply device (4) includes a casing (20) installed on the outside of the building body (2). A supply means (19) that can switch between supplying the building body (2) with outdoor air or supplying the building body (2) with air that has undergone heat exchange by means of the geothermal heat recovery device (3) is provided in the casing (20).
