Abstract:

[PROBLEMS] To protect office automation apparatuses used in buildings as well as electronic equipment such as substrates, power supply/communication cables, and others in precision equipment against not only noise such as direct strike of lightning, lightning surge current, radio wave, electromagnetic wave, and others infiltrating from the outside therein but also noise such as radio wave, electromagnetic wave, and others generated indoors. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The house top (R) and each floor (F) of a building (B) are constructed by arranging reinforcements (7), laying steel plates, conductive boards, or metal nets (1), welding the steel plates, conductive boards, or metal nets to house top foundation reinforcements and floor foundation steel frames (3), and solidifying them with a concrete (8). Steel plates or the metal nets (1) and the foundation reinforcements (3) are electrically connected to the structural foundation steel frames (2) of the building (B) with metal bolts (5) and leads (6). An outer wall is constructed by laying the metal nets (1), welding the metal nets to the wall foundation reinforcements (3), and solidifying them with the concrete (8) or sticking concrete boards (4) thereon. The wall foundation steel frames (3) are electrically connected to the structural foundation steel frames (2) of the building to escape noise currents such as the direct strike of lightning, lightning surge current, radio wave, electromagnetic wave, static electricity, and others to the earth.
