Abstract:
Provided is a building unit for a concrete structure and a method of executing construction using said building unit, such that it is possible to proceed to a subsequent building process without dismantling the building unit and to manufacture a high quality concrete structure which is low-cost and excels in durability. The building unit for the concrete structure is formed in such a way that a pair of wall bodies (W1, W2) which face each other approximately in parallel are disposed vertically on a foundation (F). These wall bodies (W1, W2) comprise a plurality of multi-hole steel form panels (1) on the surfaces of which small and large ribs are formed; runners (2) that are provided with fitting grooves and are fitted over the lower ends of these form panels (1), which are provided side by side; and caps (3) which are fitted over the upper ends of the form panels (1). Long-plate-like lower fixing members (4) equipped with ribs at both ends are mounted on, and fixed to, the lower surface of the runner (2) in such a way as to approximately perpendicularly intersect the runners (2). Furthermore, long-plate-like upper fixing members (5) equipped with ribs at both ends are mounted on, and fixed to, the upper surface of the cap (3) in such a way as to approximately perpendicularly intersect the caps (3).
