Abstract:
A pulverized coal self-preheating apparatus, comprising a preheating chamber (2) and a backmixing device (3). The preheating chamber (2) is formed with an internal cavity and provided with a pulverizer air inlet at the bottom. The backmixing device (3) is provided in the internal cavity of the preheating chamber (2). The backmixing device (3) comprises a gas-solid separator (3-1) and a dipleg (3-2). An inlet of the gas-solid separator (3-1) is located on the upper part of the preheating chamber (2) and communicated with the internal cavity of the preheating chamber (2). An outlet of the gas-solid separator (3-1) is communicated with the outside of the preheating chamber (2). The dipleg (3-2) is communicated with the lower part of the gas-solid separator (3-1) and extends downward. The dipleg (3-2) is suitable for forming a material seal, wherein pulverized coal entering the internal space of the preheating chamber (2) by means of an outlet of the dipleg (3-2) is suitable for heating pulverized coal fed by means of the pulverizer air inlet.
