Abstract:
A built-in vibration isolation device includes a spring vibration isolation apparatus (3). A movable sleeve (1) is above the spring vibration isolation apparatus (3). A supporting block (2) is set on the movable sleeve (1). A through hole is centrally located on the supporting block (2). The spring vibration isolation apparatus (3) is below the supporting block (2). Flanges (4) are set symmetrically on the lower part of the movable sleeve (1). A floating track bed with a built-in vibration isolation device includes a vibration isolation device and a floating slab (6). A stepped hole (7) is set on the floating slab (6), and the border of the upper hole and the lower hole forms the shoulder (A). The size of the upper hole is smaller than the size of the lower hole at the shoulder. The upper hole has compatible size with the movable sleeve (1). The flanges (4) of the movable sleeve (1) and the shoulder (A) may be staggered and overlapping. The built-in vibration isolation device is in the lower part of the stepped hole (7), and the upper end of the movable sleeve (1) or the flanges (4) set on the movable sleeve (1) support the shoulder (A) of the stepped hole (7).
