Abstract:
The present invention provides a bulb (200) and a method of manufacturing thereof. The present invention further provides a bulb assembly and a method of manufacturing thereof. The bulb (200) comprises a first housing (201), a second housing (203), a power supply circuit (243) and a lighting element (285). The first housing (201) comprises a first end (221), a second end (211) and a cavity (231). Further a second housing (203) having an adapter (223) and a body (213) attached to the adapter (223) is provided. A power supply circuit (243) is disposed in the body (213). The bulb (200) also comprises a printed circuit board (245) mounted at the second end (211) and a lighting element (285) mounted on the printed circuit board (245). The second housing (203) is removably disposed at least partially in the cavity (231) and the first housing (201) is configured to couple the power supply circuit (243) and the lighting element (285).
