Abstract:
A novel bulk feeder configured in such a manner that costs involved when parts to be supplied by the bulk feeder are changed to other kinds of parts are reduced as much as possible. A bulk feeder is provided with: a case (10) which has a containing chamber (16) for containing a large number of loose parts (EC1) which can be attracted by magnetic force; a case mounting section (28) to which the case (10) is removably mounted; a mounting means which holds, at a predetermined three-dimensional position, the case (10) mounted to the case mounting section (28); a rotatable rotor (30) which is equipped with a permanent magnet (35) and is located on the right face of a side wall of the containing chamber (16) of the case (10) mounted to the case mounting section (28); and a rotor driving mechanism for applying rotational power to the rotor (30).
