Two component cases (100) are held back to back by a feeder body (106), and a rotating disk (130) for a component movement device (102) is rotatably held between the component cases (100). The two component cases (100) are each provided with a component containing section (336), a component supply section (346), and a component aligning and positioning section. The component supply sections (346) are disposed in a horizontal plane and are arranged on a straight line parallel to the X-axis direction. Components within the component containing sections are moved along component guide grooves (270) by the rotation of the rotating disk (130) and sent to the component supply sections (346), and the components are extracted by a suction nozzle (70). The two component cases (100) share the rotating disk (130). The components in the two component cases (100) are sent by changing the rotational direction of the rotating disk (130). The bulk feeder thus configured can hold the two component cases (100) and is compact. The component cases (100) may be arranged in the Y-axis direction.
